1. Overview
Grocery Glide is published by Lowkey Forge, MB, a legal entity registered in Lithuania. The app’s grocery-list functionality works offline and does not collect or transmit personal data to Lowkey Forge. The app does not require an account or send grocery lists, preferences, or other user-entered app content to us. If you voluntarily contact us by email outside the app, we receive the support information described in Section 5.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Information you enter into Grocery Glide, such as grocery lists and app preferences, is stored locally in the app’s SQLite database on your device. This data is not sent to Lowkey Forge, MB and we cannot access it.
Because the data stays on your device, we cannot recover it if you delete it or uninstall the app. Your device settings or Apple services may affect device backups; those backups are governed by Apple’s policies.
3. No Analytics, Advertising, or Tracking
Grocery Glide does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or behavioral profiling. We do not track how you use the app.
4. In-App Purchases and Payment Data
Grocery Glide offers optional non-consumable in-app purchases that unlock content packs. These transactions are processed by Apple through your App Store account.
The app uses Apple’s StoreKit framework on your device to verify and restore purchases. Apple processes App Store transactions under its privacy policy. Lowkey Forge, MB does not receive your credit card number, billing address, Apple ID password, or other payment credentials. Apple’s handling of App Store purchases is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
5. Support Requests
Grocery Glide has no in-app support form and does not transmit support information. If you choose to contact us using your own email service, outside the app, we receive the email address you use, the contents of your message, and any name, attachments, or technical details you choose to include. We use this information only to respond to and manage your support request. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request or performing our obligations to you where applicable, and our legitimate interest in providing and documenting customer support.
We use an email service provider to deliver and store messages sent to support@lowkeyforge.com. We remain responsible for personal data processed on our behalf and use providers that are required to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law. We do not sell support messages or use them for advertising.
We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary and, in any event, no longer than five years after our last communication, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We may delete it sooner when it is no longer needed. You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 8.
6. Children’s Privacy
Grocery Glide does not require an account and does not collect or transmit children’s app data to Lowkey Forge, MB. If a child voluntarily contacts us by email outside the app, we handle that message as described in Section 5. A parent or guardian may contact us to request its deletion.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete app data by deleting items and lists inside Grocery Glide where deletion controls are available, by using the reset option in Settings, or by uninstalling the app from your device. Since app data is stored locally, Lowkey Forge, MB cannot delete or modify it remotely. Uninstalling the app may not remove copies contained in device backups managed through Apple services; you can manage those backups through your Apple device and account settings.
8. Your Rights Regarding Support Emails
Lowkey Forge, MB does not hold or have access to your grocery lists or other locally stored app data. If you have contacted us by email, you may, where applicable, request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the personal data in your support correspondence. You may also object to its processing or request data portability where applicable. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will respond without undue delay, normally within one month.
To exercise these rights, email support@lowkeyforge.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our privacy practices change. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the App Store privacy information as required. If a future version of Grocery Glide changes how app data is collected, transmitted, used, or shared, we will update this policy before or when those data practices begin and request consent where required by law or platform rules.
